This miniature CNC system is specifically configured for high-quality profile cutting on various metal plates:

- Stainless Steel (SS): Cuts material from 6 mm to 8 mm thickness.
- Mild Steel (MS): Cuts material up to 25 mm thickness.
- Working Table Size: Standard 3000 mm x 1500 mm working area, perfect for small to medium-sized plate processing.
- Cutting Method: Primarily equipped with a Plasma Torch. If required, an Oxy-fuel torch can be integrated (details upon request).
- Plasma Power Source: Comes standard with our reliable HyCUT 125 Plasma Power Source (125 amps), capable of:
- Piercing: Up to 25 mm
- Edge Cutting: Up to 30 mm
- Note: Higher amperage HyCUT power sources are available to provide significantly increased piercing and cutting capacities, selected based on customer requirements.

- Drive Mechanism: Rack & pinion for X and Y axes, and a precision ball screw for the Z-axis, ensuring smooth and accurate motion.
- LM Guides: Utilizes high-quality Linear Motion (LM) guides for enhanced precision.
- Rapid Speed: Achieves a rapid positioning speed of 12 meters/min, improving throughput.
- CNC Controller: Features a Flangling or equivalent advanced CNC controller.
- Cable Conveyors: Equipped with a reliable cable drag chain system for organized and protected cabling.
The PMT Advantage: Superior Plasma Cutting Performance
Our proprietary PMT system (Initial Height Sensing - IHS and Auto Height Control) is a standard and critical component of our CNC system, setting it apart from others in the market.
- Extended Consumable Life: PMT significantly increases plasma consumable life by automatically managing the torch height during piercing, preventing molten metal from damaging the torch.
- Superior Cutting Finish: Ensures consistent and high-quality cutting finish.
- Fully Automatic & Programmed Process:
- Upon command, the torch automatically descends, initiates piercing, and adjusts its height as piercing occurs (travelling upwards to avoid molten metal splash).
- After piercing, the torch automatically returns to and maintains the optimal cutting height for the specific plate thickness.
- The operator simply inputs the plate thickness; the PMT system handles the entire complex process automatically.
- Addressing Common Issues: Unlike many other CNC systems that only offer basic auto height control (often mislabeled as IHS), PMT prevents common problems like damaged consumables and failed piercing in thicker materials, which are often observed with less advanced systems. This crucial difference allows for successful piercing even in higher thicknesses where other machines struggle.
